to the mind to the well being

when you're a child adults tell you what to do and what to not do
without truly acknowledging you
without knowing they disconnect you
from your own self and intuition
which is your wealth and inner health
but your inner voice exists
so you always have access to it
it's never late to connect
with your true self without neglect
it may seem scary coz the challenge
goes against everything you were
taught since a baby in diapers
it's a never ending process
we learn and evolve in progress
there is no such thing as perfect
matter a fact all is perfect
as we evolve every moment
it is really amazing
to do what you love all the way in
